Pfizer is in league with other vaccines as the first COVID-19 vaccine subjected to a full review by the United States regulator; it will be marketed as Comirnaty (Koe-mir\u2019-na-tee).<\/p>\n<p>Health officials believe full approval of the <a href=\"https:\/\/guardianlv.com\/2021\/08\/rev-jesse-jackson-hospitalized-after-testing-positive-for-covid-19\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pfizer vaccine might convince<\/a> people who are hesitant about being vaccinated.
